Abstract:
The study of eclipsing binaries is an area of great interest due to the short periods of variability in the curve light found in this type of systems, in some cases consisting of periods of just a few hours, that makes possible the observations from earth. In this paper we present the analysis of the observation and the results of the light curve of the variable star V1191 Cyg that belongs to the category denominated W Ursae Majoris or W UMa.
